Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed.
All orders are shipped via DPD courier or An Post. You will receive an email/text to confirm dispatch with your tracking number.
Any items purchased with a pre-order item will not dispatch until the pre-order dispatch date.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancellation or email us at hello@skinformulas.ie quoting your order number.
If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has been dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated below.
RETURNS
No return on archived items.
Returns are only valid when we are notified and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
To request a return, please email hello@skinformulas.ie with your name, telephone number, email, address, the product(s) purchased, date of purchase and reason for return. Please include the delivery note that accompanied your order in the box to ensure we correctly process and refund your order. NB: The return address may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.
Not including the returns delivery note may result in delays or errors in your return.
Any gift with purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.
You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.
The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.
Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 10 days of our receiving them.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us. Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.

I was recently introduced to Skin Formulas and had the opportunity to sit down with Geraldine for a skin consultation. She is such a professional and passionate about what she does. I felt very comfortable with her and did not feel one bit judged for the lack of skincare routine I had. I started using some of the products from Skin Formulas and over the last number of weeks I have really noticed a difference in my skin. It looks brighter and more hydrated and there has been a reduction in the red capillary lines I have on my face. The products are all so light to wear on the face and smell define. Also, as a person who is sensitive to the sun and wears SPF everyday, I have struggled in the past to find a high factor sun protection that smells nice and protects but doesn’t leave you with a thick white cast or a heavy and sticky feeling on the face….until now! The day cream by Skin Formulas has an SPF 50 and it not only smells fab but feels light on the skin and leaves you feeling hydrated rather than tacky. I must say that overall I’m really pleased with the products I have purchased and the results I’m seeing in such a short period of time. I also love the clean look of the products and that I can get all the needs for my skin and body from the one company. The ease of use is also an appeal with clearly labeled numbers on each product for which step it is in the skin care routine, along with a little moon or sun for day/ night routine. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Lovely lightweight day cream that doesnt dry out as the day goes on. My skin had become very dry due to hormonal changes and this moisturiser strikes the perfect balance of continuous moisture without greasyness. My makeup sits on my face much better with it also and lasts longer.

An amazing product, I have been using factor 50 on my face for years but had to use two separate products but always looked like a ghost from the sun factor. This product doesn’t have that effect. Using the day cream about 2 years now and love it!

Fantastic product
Very good SPF but it is very milky which surprised me as it’s called a cream. Would have liked to have known this before purchasing.
No doubt it does a good job as an spf but I found it too greasy, took ages to absorb into my skin & left me looking very shiny & not in a good way unfortunately
