Refund and Returns Policy


Orders are aimed to be dispatched within 48 business hours. On occasions where we have high volumes of orders such as Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch may take up to five working days.


Ireland: 24-48 business hours with DPD couriers. 


United Kingdom: 5-7 business days – please note: UK Customs charges are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we have paid any Brexit Fees in advance. There will be no further charges on receipt of your goods. Periodically UK deliveries can take up to 2 weeks, this is unfortunately uncontrollable so please allow ample delivery time when placing your order.


Rest Of World: 2 weeks


Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed.

All orders are shipped via DPD courier or An Post. You will receive an email/text to confirm dispatch with your tracking number.

Any items purchased with a pre-order item will not dispatch until the pre-order dispatch date.



If you wish to cancel your order please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancellation or email us at quoting your order number.

If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has been dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated below.



No return on archived items.

Returns are only valid when we are notified and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

To request a return, please email with your name, telephone number, email, address, the product(s) purchased, date of purchase and reason for return. Please include the delivery note that accompanied your order in the box to ensure we correctly process and refund your order. NB: The return address may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.

Not including the returns delivery note may result in delays or errors in your return.

Any gift with purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.

You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.

The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.

Assuming that our returns policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 10 days of our receiving them.

On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us. Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.



Damaged Items

All items are quality checked before dispatch from our warehouse.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged/faulty product(s), please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) and a photo of the the damaged products to 

After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned packaged in their original packaging.
