This review is mainly about the customer service I received when I ordered this product. The delivery was really delayed due to customs. I assumed there would be delays with Brexit and Covid but I got in touch with customer service just to make sure the product didn’t get lost. Áine from the customer service team was so helpful, apologetic (even though she didn’t need to be!) and really friendly. I appreciated how attentive she was even during what I can imagine is a very hectic and uncertain time with deliveries. Product wise I still need more time using the product but I will say I had a monster spot brewing on my chin and after 2 applications of this treatment I can feel the spot has reduced by more than half and the redness is almost gone. Very hopeful and excited to see what this product does to my skin in the long term. Thanks again Áine!
