How To Use
After cleansing with your Step 1 product, apply a facial oil or serum to help the tool glide smoothly over your skin.
The Gua Sha:
Begin at the centre of your forehead and move outward towards your hairline, then move down to your eyebrows, cheekbones, and jawline, always moving outward with light pressure.
The Roller:
Start at the centre of your forehead and roll outward towards your temples, then move down to your cheeks, jawline, and neck, always rolling upwards.
The goal is to gently massage your skin, not to scrape or pull it. Use light pressure for best results.
Pro Tips
Gua Sha can be used on both the face and body. If your goal is to tone the skin – we recommend cooling the Gua Sha tool in the refrigerator for 3 minutes or under running cold water; if you want to relax – heat the roller in warm water for 3 minutes.
Incorporating Gua Sha massage into your self-care routine can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
